A short documentary telling the story of Collaborated Targeted Outreach Programme (CTOP), a widening participation project aimed at encouraging South Asian young people to enter into health and social care courses and careers.
We talked about the origins and aspirations of the project, documented student and community engagement with the university and the theatre production developed from its research, and interviewed employability and NHS experts on its community impact. The ultimate hope is to better health outcomes for the diverse population within Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes.
